About Origami Dragon

The wonderful art of origami includes very beautiful models of origami dragons. One of the most famous origami dragon folders\designers is Satoshi Kamiya, 2 of his dragons (he designed them) you can see at the images below. Note the incredible amount of detail and accurate work of folders.

I love the Eastern Dragon model...shades, I like them both. Does anyone know where I can find the patterns for the Ancient and Eastern Dragons? My daughter wants to try her hand at the Eastern Dragon.

First of all, you can find some of the Satoshi Kamiya's designs in the book "Works of Satoshi Kamiya 1995-2003". This includes the Ancient Dragon folding instructions.

It's a little bit more complicated for the Eastern Dragon, aka Ryujin. I have no idea where you can get Ryujin 3.5 cp, all I know is that it was being sold with some calendar, and is really hard to get. But you can get a Ryujin 2.1 cp at Satoshi Kamiya's website here - http://www.folders.jp/g/2000/0015.html

These are amazing works of art. You are phenomenal at what you've done. They look like paper statues they are so detailed. I may be a bit redundant, but it's necessary, you are substantially extraordinary.
